Front Lift Leaking in Front trunk

There have been many people reporting on the forum that the Front Lift fluid is leaking from the cap. A possible solution is to lower the fluid to under the MAX locator. Paul have yo seen this problem and is GM aware of this and will there be a fix coming out ?

HI there,

I have seen a few however these are normally due to abnormally high usage in high temperatures.

That being said, I agree with lowering the level slightly to allow for expansion.

The GM process gives you 5mm BELOW the max level as seen in this picture.

I always put it here, especially in high ambient condiitons.
