    We have tried it again and again. I am still at a loss as what to do. Does anyone have a disc that you could send me? Thank you

    Hello marinablue,
    I am glad you got your clock fixed. I am 74 and not techy ( Lol ) I have tried 3 times to download this information to fix my clock. NO LUCK.
    I really want to fix this clock. Would you please sale me a CD with the up date installed ?

    Hello I am using Google Chrome and after clicking "Download" the following error pops up??

    "Sorry, this file is infected with a virus"

    "Only the owner is allowed to download infected files"
