    That roof panel is going to get seriously hot even with the vents.

    The C8R is also so sweet looking!

    1998 Six Speed, Torch Red Coupe - K&N CAI, Vararam Velocity Stack, Borla exhaust, Z06 sway bars, Z06 intake, C6 Z06 shifter, stainless steel brake lines, Z06 shocks, Borla X pipe, larger and polished throttle body and MAF housing, drilled/slotted rotors. Projector headlamps and full LED rear lights.

    HI there,

    There is no question that the area below the top when stowed will be. The plastic of the roof and other parts are thermally more robust to deal with that. The panel in between is also different as well to keep more heat in the engine compartment.

    Surprised at how awesome the rapid blue convertible black interior ...locked in 1LT format starting at 67500...

    Thats an amazing value ...

    Hell of a car.
