Fuel hose replacement for 1973 vette

I need to replace the rubber fuel hoses on the fuel tank, fuel pump to carb, return lines, etc.

What is a source for quality fuel hose? I found pre-formed hose on the usual vette parts sites, but they are pretty pricey. Are they really required or can I purchase fuel hose and cut to fit?

It appears there are several sizes needed. What sizes do I need to purchase and what length?

For rubber parts Dr. Rebuild is my goto place. http://www.docrebuild.com/ The rubber hoses shouldn't be too expensive. Getting the preformed ones will keep the car looking original. But, if you don't care about that, you can just go to your local auto parts supply place and get a roll of hose and just cut to what you need. I'm not sure of the sizes for your car though. I'd take off the lines and measure them.

I would like to keep it original since everything else on the car is original and what the car was born with.

Parts like this age and need to be replaced, so keeping it looking original is nice, but sometimes you do what you can to keep it running and safe.

There are a couple of hoses that need to be molded. Particularly the one that goes from the fuel pump to the line from the tank. If you use straight line it tends to kink and cut off the flow of fuel.
