    It sounds like your computer automatically unzipped the file. If you look at the instructions, you burn the KWI file to a disc and burn/close the disc.

    I vaguely recall someone else posting something similar. IIRC, it was either some of the wiring had chafed through or a bad ground on that side. I haven't found that post, yet.
