Yes. Even the same size new tire mixed with a worn tire can cause issues with the ABS/Traction control, etc as the tires will be rotating at slightly different speeds. Always replace in axle...

It sounds like your computer automatically unzipped the file. If you look at the instructions, you burn the KWI file to a disc and burn/close the disc.

I'd echo the DIY concept. Most of us love working on our cars, even if it's just basic maintenance. But, mid-engine cars have a history of being difficult (and expensive) to maintain.
