How do I stop my roof from making these creaking noises on my 2010 GS coupe?

First thing would be to lubricate the rubber weatherstrips with di-electric grease.

My roof rattle was not the roof at all. Did all the roof fixes with no success,then tapped the cowling at the bottom of the windshield. The sound was familiar so we glued the cowling to the glass the noise disappeared. Hope this works for you. Hwy 66 cruiser.

What BigJim said but I would also clean the rubber first with some rubbing alcohol or something similar. I do this a couple times a year on my '09; the creaking does
come back after time.

I think there is a retrofit kit from GM that has some roller bearings or something that supposedly fixes the problem.
