What does the battery load test to, how many amps at 9.6V?

Battery clamps clean and tight, no twist or wiggle with battery bolts tight?

You don't have the bottom solenoid tab connected to a ground source do you?

If all tests good, pull the starter and have it tested exactly as the solenoid is installed now, do not remove solenoid, take the starter out as is and have it tested as is.

    That will do it.

My next question was going to be "can you turn over the crank with a breaker bar"? Apparently not. Sorry to hear that.
